How To Apply

Application must be made on the prescribed from available in the prospectus only. Complete application form in all respects must be under registered A.O. cover addressed to the Principal, NIHS or in person at the country during office working hours. Complete application from should be submitted along with the following documents duly attested by a gazetted officer. :-

• Certified copy of matriculation examination showing date of birth.
• Certified copy of passing 10+2 exam.
• Certified copy of character certificate from last attended institute or school.
• Certified copy of domicile/residence certificate or copy of ration card.
• Certified copy of caste certificate.
• Passport sized photographs 4.
• List of visitors along with their tow passport sized photographs for the hostel residing candidates.
• Admission criteria is strictly as for the MRSPTU University Bathinda.
